Sacramento's entry into the extravagant world of "nightlife dining" will be Dream, the stylish new blend of restaurant and lounge that appeals to chic, affluent professionals from 25 to 40.

Hip, fashionable and cutting-edge, Dream creates a breathtaking yet intimate experience to satisfy all the senses for curious diners and club-hoppers. Dream is the creation of local nightclub owner Ernesto Torres (Cabana Ultra Lounge) and restaurant king Chris Nestor (Ink Eats and Drinks) with partner Jon Russell.

An ideal after work destination spot for the downtown crowd, Happy Hour runs from 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. and spotlights a variety of mixed drinks and ice cold beers, along with an assortment of inspired martini creations for discerning martini lovers.

As a restaurant from 4:30 to 10 p.m., Dream cuisine is best described as "American nosh." No forks or knives are needed to devour upscale finger foods such as Ahi Tartar Threesome, Snake River Kobe Beef (hot rock) & Lobster Tacos.

At 10pm the lounge heats up to the beat of the globe's hottest DJs spinning mashup to 80s to rock and dance. Street side, the covered fireside patio rubs elbows with the DJ lounge, revolving patrons inside and out.

A separate VIP room features a full-service bar, premium bottle service and other special amenities for exclusive guests.

At Dream, the iridescent bar bends light into a shimmer of multiple hues. Art hides seductively behind mesh fabric. The ceiling sparkles with mirrored chandeliers. - Color temperatures shift from blue to pink to red and back again. Video screens cast hallucinogenic images throughout the Ultra Lounge.
